Immigration

Immigration isn't something new in the U.S. This land was founded for people to settle and leave the brutality and unfair treatment they've suffered from their original country. According to the Bering Strait Theory, not even the Native Americans were native people of the U.S. until they migrated to what was then referred to as the "New World." With that being said, immigrants coming to the U.S. for numerous of reasons shouldn't be deployed or stereotyped because no one really knows what they had to deal with in their home country. Many were brutally treated unfairly and most were drastically impacted by the economic and political state of their country and faced many tough time as well as situation. Why shouldn't they not settle in a land where they can raise their children in a more tranquilized community and not have to deal with the unnecessary situations taking place! If we go back to history, the reason why people from England moved into the New World was because they weren't able to get the freedom and just they needed and instead went to a place they could. Isn't this the same reason why so called Illegal immigrants are coming in the "Land of the Free."
Coincidence, huh? The images and videos of some American people protesting to have the Mexican and Guatemalan  immigrants deported last month made me angry and frustrated. You have young children and parents walking day and night through the hot sun in an inhumane condition only to see that they are not wanted. Its very heartbreaking and especially harsh on the children that have to watch people shouting at them. We as peoples need to have respect for others and remember that this land that we all call home doesn't belong to a certain group, but humanity as a whole!
