What Are the Major Factors Of Poverty?

Statistics show that almost 1.5 billion people in 91 countries currently live in poverty-  according to UNICEF, 22,000 of them are children who die each day due to poverty. Around 27-28 percent of all children in developing countries are estimated to be underweight or stunted. About 10.6 million children died in 2003 before they reached the age of 5. And around 1.4 million die each year from lack of access to safe drinking water and   adequate sanitation. These aren't just numbers, they are real facts that indicate society is on the edge of corruption. While we all may think that providing food and clean water is the    answer to ending poverty it is certainly not. If what we want is to avert poverty from ever happening, we need to educate families who are experiencing the unimaginable effects of poverty. Democrats And Republicans: Does It Matter?

While Democrats and Republicans are making their final push to win offices across the U.S., they are still debating whether they'll serve the American people or let them down with broken promises and failed bills. Here in Wisconsin, as Scott Walker and Mary Burke along with many other Republicans and Democrats battle out, the United States map will be changing from red to blue and from blue to red. The most important thing for us U.S. residents is whether we'll actually have a Congress where both parties compromise and work together for the better of our country. As we all know that Washington is currently broken apart. We have the right to vote for candidates who are going to do their job and listen to our voices. Not people who run for office just for the fame and the glory of it.
